The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering services including new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency explained it truly is alarmed with regard to the high quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your significant range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and status sassa there is no thoroughly functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The services place created for intervention encounters a high influx of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for the office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to empower the status sassa servicing of all prospects and improve use of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
